SUCCESSFUL SOFTWARE UPDATE of Ipad Mini 2 TO iOS 12

IPAD MINI 2 iOS UPDATE
From iOS 8 to available firmware (iOS 12)
A friend asks me for help. He needs to update His Ipad Mini 2 but an error always occurs while checking the update.
Because updating through Ipad in a WiFi connection is not possible. I used a 3rd part application called Imazing as an alternative for Mac computer.
