@@Dan_07 Standard procedure around food and drink. Same at a restaurant. Broken glass near any ice and you have to burn all the ice and clean the area before continuing service.
@@Bucboy1001 Waiters drop dishes and glassware all the time in restaurants and I've never been hustled out or denied service after that happening before. It's always been more of a "wait while i sweep this up" reaction. Are you saying that happens in London?

Harrods is such an extremely formal, elegant, impressive store that I felt awkward wearing casual clothes or making a lot of noise... I can't IMAGINE how bad he must have felt breaking a case and shutting the whole section down. My skin is crawling just thinking about it.
