Hi Reza, thanks for this video. I spent all day trying to pass a recordID from model driven app main table to Custom page and even after checking all microsoft documentations and 20 message board topics, I still couldn't get it to work. It would not pass the recordID.
I had just given up when I saw this video and its working now! This is great, now I have a massive model-driven app editable grid table, with custom pages for all the child information (in my case project milestones, tasks, details and workload).

Hey Reza, big fan of you... I've been following your tutorials on creating Model-Driven Apps and I'm currently developing an ERP system using this platform. I've found your videos incredibly helpful and informative.
However, as I delve deeper into the project, I'm starting to have some concerns about the potential costs associated with Dataverse storage. I understand that 1 GB of storage is currently priced at $40 per month, but I'm struggling to grasp how much data that actually represents in practical terms, especially when considering storing invoices and receipts data (not documents), and other relevant information for an entire ERP system.
I would greatly appreciate your insights on data usage and cost optimization and tips and I'm particularly interested in your opinion on whether proceeding with Model-Driven Apps for my ERP is the most cost-effective and efficient solution in the long run.
Thank you for your time and expertise. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Reza, in your example you open a sidedialog page which then includes Mda Title and icones to close or maximise the page. Is it possible to have sidepage without it, as it is better designed at canvas level. If you open the page with JS Xrm.Navigation.navigateTo option 1, inline page mode, and set smaller width within canvas, it's almost good, except there is no X property to put the page on the right side, so it's stay on left side :-)

If you export your app and look at the exported JSON schema, you can change the app type to Page there.

Hi Reza, thanks for creating the amazing content, it actually very useful in day to day tasks. I had a que on custom page. I have 2 model driven apps and 1 custom page (linked with sitemap and not command bar). Is it possible to read the model driven app id/name from the custom page? I tried reading url of MDA and get appid parameter but it does not work. Also tried passing parameter form sitemap but not sure if it’s possible. Your insight would be highly appreciated. Thanks

HI Reza - one more question.
In Model driven app - quick find or advanced find views only help in filtering data which miss on many entries specially if the initial word is not searched. For example my table has entry with "GOG ICON" and when I type ICON in quick find it doesn't display any record and we end-up in creating duplicate records.
In Canvas app the search option works perfectly in this kind of scenario where it picks all entries that meet criteria irrespective of the position of word
Anything similar that we can build in model driven app view so that it functions like a search?
    Appreciate your help
