It happened to me after using both 2.5 and 3.0 versions. After this great video it's working again. So weird how it just stops at any time.Great job Pawel.

A simpler solution. Start Inav, Just hit Alt+Space, than using the arrows, select "move". than hit any arrow again and move the mouse. it will stick to the pointer.
What version of windows are you using, because I’m using windows 10 and looks nothing like your screens . This SUCKS it worked fine for 3 years and then it turned to SHIT .

Both iNav and Betaflight configurator had this problem today - out of the blue and nothing to do with updating the version. Anyway all fixed now :)
Similar issue, with unplugged external display, if configuration was running on it last time...
