This is a spiritual song dedicated to Shree Krishna and Radha hence the use of wooden flute which is called "Bansuri" which is associated with him. It's a really unique composition with modern instrumentation.
The person playing Baansuri (that instrument) is Paras Nath, I met him as he is my sister's friend. He's truly master of that instrument.

This song is actually a classical Bhajan of Krishna and that Flute is special. Lord Krishna used to play it by end of the day to call back Herd of cows and that music used to enlighten the whole atmosphere, its transcendental this is what flutist trying to communicate and may be this is the reason it sounds so melodious.
