I'd argue Inspired should be A+ atleast in the context of NA. But otherwise no A+'s is fair

Just commenting on this before watching all the way through.
Yeah, not sure why people get up in arms about the minuses but no issue with the pluses. Just negative connotation but I always thought it was a nice way to parse the talent at each letter grade in terms of "value at position."
The way I understand it, C, B, and A are all separations of "gross power" - the average power of even higher variance players in A is still greater than the average of even the most stable B player. It separates players *between* tiers.
While + or - (or nothing) is specifically separates players *within* each tier. It's a designation that's a combination not just of consistency but also peak of play - example, an A- grade player 1 could be high-variance, some games running it and giving about a 6/10 but other games absolutely take over and crush unassisted and run a 10/10. But you can also have an A- player 2 who is the model of consistency, delivers 8/10 games pretty much every single game. But they never reach those same heights and average out to the same "strength" as the first player. While an A grade player 3 may dip to a 7/10 but be able to reach that 9/10 or even the occasional 10/10 level.
That example is how I see the difference between an Inspired A grade (player 3) vs, say, a Quid A- (player 2) or even a Jojo A- (player 1). Not exactly 1 to 1 but roughly speaking.

Damn~ SR won the offseason *hard.* I still can't believe they somehow got their hands on Fudge. Despite what every emerald on reddit says, he's a solid toplaner who has the potential to be top 2. Kinda disappointed by C9 and 100T for just deciding to be number 3 or 4.
Meanwhile DIG's roster straight up looks like a scam roster. Where's the firepower? How are they going to win games? This roster looks worse than SR's 2024 one lol. They're extremely lucky DSG exists because DSG is going to be the worst team regardless of who they have just because they haven't established the necessary systems to deal with the hundreds of problems every tier1 org faces. Orgs like Fear and SN are way more tier1 ready than DSG. Just like how good players like Revenge looked horrible in IMT, every single player in DSG is going to look horrible in 2025. I think everyone committed career suicide by signing with DSG with the exception of Scaryjerry because he will be the only player everyone else will give the benefit of the doubt.
Lyon gaming is probably going to punch a bit above their weight class. They *are* an org that dominated their region for a *very* long time which means as an org they should be pretty complete compared to bottom of the barrel orgs like IMT, DIG and DSG.
