Brigadier Project Pt.3 - The flatbed and the bumper rack

The Big Jimmy gets a 20' flatbed to hold a 4,000 gal. water tank. Racks are for pumps and hoses. Special thanx to the Camera-Shy Guy, the sketchy dude welding with the cool shirt. The 6v92 is running awesome!
