it basically changes the pixels that represent the door with the statue soo it turned to a different item different doors have different amount of pixels soo he had to get those first to get to the pixel combination that presented the zenith

you don't need a new character, it's called the transmutation glitch if you want to look up how to do it, although having something doesn't really feel rewarding if you don't work for it

The first glitch he used was a desynced block glitch, then he used the pressure plate and door for what is called the Philosophers Stone glitch
