That looks great. My log failed but I blame the recipe card. It said to use a tea towel (not parchment paper) to roll up the log and for the glaze portion, it said to use 1 oz of melted chocolate! Obviously that wasn't enough, so my log was glazeless. But, I'll try again.
Tip time: DO NOT OVERBAKE IT. I did so, and while it did look pretty good I ended up with some cracks. If it wasn’t quite as stiff it would have worked much better.
