    That looks great. My log failed but I blame the recipe card. It said to use a tea towel (not parchment paper) to roll up the log and for the glaze portion, it said to use 1 oz of melted chocolate! Obviously that wasn't enough, so my log was glazeless. But, I'll try again.

    Tip time: DO NOT OVERBAKE IT. I did so, and while it did look pretty good I ended up with some cracks. If it wasn’t quite as stiff it would have worked much better.

    Would you mind pointing out if it egg whites or whole eggs as whisking whole eggs won't peek

      Whole eggs. They will thicken to a "ribbon" stage.
