There are videos of Kamuzu publicly speaking Tumbuka than most people. No Ghanaian can pull that off even after leaving in Malawi for a 100 years. Look that up where he was telling pastors how to pronounce words and expressions. There are also public videos where Kamuzu speaks fluent chewa. Kamuzu was reading tumbuka and even Chichewa. But he never spoke for himself. We have seen Sir Gyln Jones reading fluently Chichewa at Domasi teachers college but that doesn't mean he was speaking. Even yourself, you can read Swahili or Bemba language but that does not mean you know how to speak. Kamuzu Banda has never used to speak chichewa like the way we used to; but the truth was that we saw him reading tumbuka and chichewa in some govt functions.
