The voice actors in this game did such a great job bringing these characters to life! Also wow, never realised until just now that Juni was voiced by Jennifer Hale, always thought Shepard sounded oddly familiar!
A lot of unanswered questions especially after the events of “Starlancer”. It really left to interpretation about what was the point of the sacrifices made by the 45th “Tigers”.
I know right? I get it’s 800 years after StarLancer but you would think after being responsible for carrying the Alliance and killing the Coalitions Best Pilots that there would be some reference or something. I mean you can make a headcanon that Trent is a descendant of a “45 Tigers” Pilot since depending on the Player he can rack up lots of kills. Plus What even happened to the Coalition? Did they go to another Star System too? Is the Sol System still controlled by the Coalition? The Alliance was going to Lose anyway going by the Final Mission since destroying a HQ only led to a Stalemate so The Coalition winning was pretty obvious but still.
Is this a reupload of sorts? Cuz I watched a similar Freelancer Movie video that's very similiar to this one a few months ago, before it was suddenly gone.
You have to play the crossfire mod, it brings the whole game to a new level, everything expanded, ships, items, weapons, systems, STORY (and what did they for a gret job!). Its massive, its great, its free. Its... BAM! I just jumped in here to compare the visuals. I played Freelancer the last time several years ago with the discovery mod. It was more vanilla visuals but also expanded the content. But Crossfire... damn!
I wish there was a properly organized wiki-page to give information on the characters and lore in adequate detail, unfortunately the only wiki page on Freelancer doesn't have the essential information for them.
Damn, how you got this Sabre ship so early???!!! 2:20:13 As i remeber, you can get only lvl 6 ship before the final mission. Right? What a wonderful storytelling. I play x4 right now but freelancer still better in storyline and music/ sounddesign!
there were so many left unawsnerred and they are still unaswered...!! What was the big wall thing that nomads build t ocover their city ? Were are the creators of nomad. Why nomads decided t oattack us ? Will we ever fight against the coliation ?
the creators of the nomads (also known as Slomon K'hara) are the Dom'Kavash but there is not much info about them beyond that, the Daam K'vosh are believed to be long extinct nomads are believed to have served as protectors of their masters and no doubt considered the Rheinland explorers in Omicron Major (this is the first contact with nomads) a threat and they possessed many of them as a start of their invasion/extermination plan Freelancer 2 was in development for a while but it was never close to release so we will never meet the Coalition again but they do exist in at least one mod (Discovery mod for Freelancer)
The game is so amazing! With mods it is even better. Long live freelancer.

I wish we had gotten a more detailed story involving Mr. Blix. Would have been a cool DLC. Oh well.

I never understood how using the artifact could just overload the nomad structure and kill them all but not the Order ships right next to it

I'd say it is not necessary to switch to Sabre anyway, cause Eagle is much better in maneuver )

Probably by using save editor, you can switch to any ship you want at any hanger.
