I'm in this cabin in February next year. I'm so glad that you can stand on the bed and see a view. That's good enough for me. One trick I think is to book the room that is sort of "in between" the two yellow submarines. Meaning, pull up the ship map, and ask them to give you a specific cabin "in between" in this category. Its amazing how much this looks like the rest of the Carnival ships. The hallways aren't super tacky. Delightfully surprised.
Hi and thanks for the comment. We actually booked this as a second cabin as it was cheaper than adding a person to the one already booked and we were amazed at how good it was. It says inside and it is obstructed view but the window is floor to ceiling and lets in so much light, which is the purpose of a window and why you would have it over a true inside, which is dark all the time. Having seen this we would definitely have no problem in booking one of these cabins for us for a cruise. Have a fantastic cruise in February on this beautiful ship and if you need to know anything else please just ask us.
So interesting, my cabin on this ship on upcoming cruise is on this floor, a few doors away!!! Budget friendly!! Thanks so much for sharing this walk through 🛳️🛳️
The deals on the Luminosa are still really good. Not sure how long this will last but it does make for a very affordable holiday, especially with all food and entertainment included.
Hi Justin. Never seen an 'inside' cabin like these but they are really good value for money as an alternative if you just want to get some natural light into the cabin.
@@robandalicruisetravel my thoughts exactly last time i cruised i didnt really use the balcony so when i seen this room online snapped it up straight away, the natural light will be lovely.
@mrspat43 cabin 4300 is great, perfect location right next to the atrium elevators so easy access to the entire ship, very quite. the cabin looks exactly the same to the one in this video and the view is much the same you see the middle of the tender outside you can see over the top but it is quite high lots of natural light can still comes into the cabin. I just cruised again and was in cabin 4332 last weekend and would book these cabins again in a heartbeat.
Hi Patricia. We didn't go in 4300 but we are back on the Luminosa is April and our friend Cilla has booked 4300 because she reckons it's one of the better ones. e'll get some pictures for you and pass them on.
It's a great alternative if you're not bothered about a balcony but do want some natural light and a reasonable price. Whwnever you're going, have a great cruise.
This will be my exact same room. $540 on a 29 day cruise sailing from Australia to USA Stopping 5 ports in Japan and 3 ports in Alaska before ending jn Seattle.
Sorry for a very late comment, but we're looking to book 2 of these rooms for a January cruise up the QLD coast. We have a bub that will go down for day naps - how are the curtains at actually blocking out light? We were wanting an interior cabin because of the black out but this is all we have as an option.
Hi. Would you recommend the Luminosa or the Encounter? It’s our second cruise for our husband and myself (we went on the Dawn last time). Thanks Samantha. PS Love your videos.
Hi Samantha. Thanks for the comment. We loved both ships but it depends really on what you want for your time onboard as to which one might be better. For us maybe the Encounter has the edge. If you could let us know what you would like most then we can probably give you an idea of the differences. We are looking to do a comparison video between Coral Princess, Pacific Encounter and Carnival Luminosa soon which might help too.
Hey guys in your opinion the balcony rooms on the luminosa and quantum of the seas do they have enough room for 3 adults and 1 child if so which one is bigger?

Im pretty sure i bumped into you guys at the terminal a couple of weeks ago when the luminosa was in port😊
We did go out there to have a look but it was locked up and we had to turn around. Maybe we have some doubles.
I read in the Carnival Brochure that you weren't allowed to bring Power Boards. Today I booked my first Cruise. Barrier Reef from Brisbane December.
This will be my exact same room.

Do you have a tour of the whole ship?
Hi Sarah. Yes we do. We should have that one out, hopefully, the end of next week
I was also making a video!
We watched your video, thanks. Also subscribed and good luck with the channel.
@@robandalicruisetravel thanks so much! I really appreciate it!
