- WE FOUND GIANT BAMBOO TOWERS IN A BEAUTIFUL MANGROVE FOREST IN GUBAT SORSOGON!
In this motor vlog adventure video, we make it to Sorsogon City and spend the night. The coastal road has an awesome area you can eat and drink... and we enjoyed a meal at Pandoras, and a quick motor around the city. From there, I get a flat tire, but in the Philippines, that is always an easy fix! We leave the capital city and head towards Barcelona. But along the way, we stop by in Gubat and find ourselves enjoying the giant bamboo towers in mangroves! This area is known for its beach and surfing... but we appreciated the coastal views from the top of the bamboo towers.

Bicol cuisines is one of the best in the Philippines and of course pampanga that's where sisig is originated.
I’m so envious of you. You’ve been to more places in my birth region than me. Even though Buhi is next door to Iriga, I’ve been to its downtown only once. With Sorsogon, I’ve been there only once, as well, years ago in my pre-teens. With distance and passing of time I “can’t go home again”.
The mangroves are amazing and so are the bamboo bridge and towers. Another good drone shots that capture the beauty of Sorsogon. 👍🏽 I am not Bicolano but my mother is. She is from Camarines Sur and I think if I am not mistaken, “gubat” in CamSur is “heavy.” ✌🏼 Thank you and Power On!

The place you stayed in Sorsogon looked really nice. Cool place! I think I would enjoy staying there, if I ever went to Sorsogon City. And exploring the mangrove looks like a beautiful way to enjoy nature down along the coastal road there. Ingat, Power On!🤙

"Tibo" in the vernacular literally means "swamp" or "marsh."
"Guba" is usually use for the word broken, destroyed - could refer to an object that is broken. In Tagalog the word is "sira".
