Few things I wanted to say - First of all thanks brother for making a video on this topic . There is fact- everything beyond the limit ,mat results to bad impact. Instagram one of them . .. There are positive side of Instagram as well , there are many informative video , new hacks , new educational things, awareness videos etc as well. It totally depends on what you are consuming. Yes agree nowdays young generation is more addictive to Instagram, rather than playing games, creating family moments, creative things, focusing on career n etc etc. So do everything but in limit, consume things which are good fit for you. It's not just Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc videos which are consuming our time. I left them years ago after realizing the fact. But did it solve my problem? Yes, it did. But the thing is, even TH-cam is adapting the same methodology of those social media platforms to attract traffic. Then how could you solve this problem? There is only one way. Getting busy with real life work daily for long time of the day which will detoxify your brain from scrolling your fingers again on those videos. Apply the same, you'll see the positive results.

Yes agree nowdays young generation is more addictive to Instagram, rather than playing games, creating family moments, creative things, focusing on career n etc etc.
So do everything but in limit, consume things which are good fit for you. And tech is bad and good at same side.

I agree with everything you said, except for one thing.. One can capture pictures and videos and still enjoy the moment as those pictures and videos will be kept as memories.. It's not just Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc videos which are consuming our time. I left them years ago after realizing the fact. But did it solve my problem? Yes, it did. But the thing is, even TH-cam is adapting the same methodology of those social media platforms to attract traffic. Then how could you solve this problem? There is only one way. Getting busy with real life work daily for long time of the day which will detoxify your brain from scrolling your fingers again on those videos. Apply the same, you'll see the positive results.
