It is very hard to propagate. Im new to plants but have some luck propagating wetsticks. I chopped my monstera peru also. The node took months to root and eventually put out a leaf. The 3 leaves all died. I finally found a plant with l8 leaves, and decided to try and propagate 3 of those leaves. Im hoping for a better outcome🤷🏽♀️
Yes! Propagating can be very hit and miss and sometimes it just doesn't work without a reason. Wishing you the best of luck propagating in the future ☺️
I dont! I know a lot of people that do that and have great success but I have actually never tried it. Mine are very close to my grow lights so they get tons of light and my indoor house temp is around 72 degrees, I would say because of the sunlight in my plant room and the grow lights its a bit warmer than that in my cabinet. I hope this helps :)

I've heard Peru can be difficult to prop, so don't blame yourself.
great video! is that a verrucosum in the back right? if so do you have any experience propagating it? tysm
it is! I have propagated my mother verru a couple of times and found what works best for her is spag moss in a prop box or air layer first!
Curious.. do you have every prop box under a heat mat? If not how warm is your home? Thanks
