I'm so glad you didn't hide the fact that it's not easy to do. I might of tried to make it. Looks good but not worth my frustration.

nice this is pretty painful to watch though after seeing a south Korean guy do this whole process in under a minute though. he obviously did this all day long though lol.

Dude watched an authentic Indian family making pulled candy and decided to buy a chefs coat and try it. 😂🤣

The syrup was supposed to be poured into 2 separate plastic container(2 batch), that's why you struggled so much, that way it'll reduce to half the arm length.

I like how he didn't hide the fact that he made mistakes. Most TH-cam chefs just cut out the parts they don't get right. Lol

I love that you show it all, errors and all. That way when I try I don't feel like a failure if I don't do it just perfect. The errors show us how to work around it and still have a great outcome. I'm so glad I found your channel.

Thank you for the hard work on making dragon's beard candy and not cutting out how hard and difficult it is. I greatly appreciate that. I love your honesty!

Amazing work Chef! Love the fact you didn't cut n dry. You layed it all out on the table. Most chefs hide the struggle to make it seem simple. You earned a sub from me

Just watched a couple other video's about dragons beard candy and one lady experimenting with it said that she had to cook it less than the recipe said in order to keep it more flexible. And boy do those venders in asia make it look easy and fast. I guess practice makes perfect. Their sugar mixture looked a bit more flexible than what you had aswell. I hope to see you revisit this with different cooking times.
