This is amazing. They definitely have the potential to blow the sims out of the water and into the stratosphere. EA has a lot to do to catch up to this with their customization abilities. If they nail game play, this could be the future of the life sim genre.
I can not wait to play this game! On the sims I was always a custom content girlie because I prefer the realism look over the cartoony look so this games graphics make me so happy!

I've been playing Sims since Sims 1 at 12 years old. This was seriously what I dreamed the game would someday look like! Extreme realism and a large depth of customization! I hope it continues to be as promising as it looks

EA is scared right now after seeing this video. The amount of detail is amazing. Just imagine what the game will become by the end of next year. This game was done in less than 2 years btw. It makes it even more shocking.

It's very weird that the inzoi don't BLINK when moving in the create-a-zoi😭it make it a bit uncanny can you give them a feedback about that ? but I am so exited for this game btw, everything is so cool for example I hate the gallery in the sims but I already love canevas on inzoi it looks so pretty and fun and it make me want to share my creations

Update: So... i installed the demo and I am disappointed it won't launch it keeps saying that it uses Direct X 12 and and needs to uninstall Direct X 12 to run but i don't have Direct X and I don't know how to get rid of it?? please I want to try the demo
Currently installing the character studio 🎉 I wasn't that excited about this game before but your videos have made it so appealing and actually makes me feel like there is some quality gameplay elements not just a pretty shell

At bigger sizes, muscle definition should be bulkier, with fat covering muscle. I have also noticed clothing mesh clipping at larger sizes, like innerwear showing through jumpers and jackets. Since this game targets a global audience and will be ported to consoles, InZoi should offer more diverse create-a-Zoi features to stand out and be a cut above. With the game still in alpha, there is great potential to knock everything out the ballpark and make the game exceptional.

I hope they put a height slider... I'm a bit bothered of seeing all the women shorter than the men (so, two different heights are possible at least), but no way to changing it.
I hope by playing with settings, we can make the world itself an unsafe world. Which is so weirdly specific but sims 3 (since its not fair to compare it to 4) had little to do with things like mugging crimes, or accidents, an unsafe world would be that sort of environment I wished for in sims. Sims has moved away from consequences so being able to run someone over then get arrested after they investigate or whatever, or doing the investigating??? It would ensure I will never look at another game for a WHILE
the chara creation kinda reminds me of Black Desert (another korean game) ..like pulling the face parts, making hair longer/shorter etc. from what i remember..i haven't played in a long time

I agree with what I’ve read from many commentators that there needs to be presets for each face part such as nose, mouth, and eyes, chin, jaw, etc. as it can actually be difficult (actually impossible) to get a specific look or to create a “Zoi-Self” without those options. As for the body, that definitely needs work. They have next to no a$$ and the chest size looks like it goes up to a C cup, which yes that can be pretty average for some. The options to be curvy just aren’t there though and it’s annoying af, especially with so many ppl wanting to create their “Zoi-Self”. Take myself as an example; When I was overweight (after having my 3rd child) my chest size went up to a J cup!!! I am also only 4’11” 😅. When not overweight I have “farm girl” thighs, a big butt, small waist and a DDD cup size… yup that’s me not overweight. So creating my Zoi-self definitely won’t be happening unless they fix the slider options or some awesome modders fix it. It’s also sad that when trying to create a plus size person they just end up looking pregnant or like they swallowed a bowling ball whole 🙄🙁 Plus size people, especially women have CURVES! They’ve got booties and large chests 😂 and waists and “love handles.” With that said the Character Creation does seem quite well done and I am glad some people have been chosen to play test the game to give feedback, as well as letting everyone try out the character creation portion of the game. I just hope they listen to the feedback and update/fix most if not all of the issues with creating a Zoi. Would love to actually see a lot of different body shapes and types, as well as more unique face shapes.

The thing I love the most about sims 4 compared to so many other games with character creation is that, not only can you drag each individual part of their face, but you can also pick a nose, eyes and such to get more customization on them. I think this has a very nice basis, but because the creation is the most important part for me in games, I don’t think they are quite there yet until they include this feature. I literally though I was missing something because Avery one was praising the customization so much, when I personally felt it was lacking quite a bit. They look very nice and realistic (which is great) I just think it definitely think it has its limits as it is now.

in case you wanted to do exactly yourself, you have darker hair and larger face ( jaws , eyes need more separation distance. longer mouth too and upper lip slimmer ) than your inzoi. eye color too doesnt seem the same
The one thing I hate about this is to edit the waist you have to basically put you mouse on their private, it just feels like very weird uncomfortable placement
I wish I could actually play this my laptop is only 3 years old but I get the directx12 error and it won’t start. It’s really taken the excitement out of the game as I knew my laptop might not be able to play the full game but I thought I would at least be able to play the character creation demo ):

One thing they need to add is eye animations/overlays, I do notice as you’ve brought up, the eyes tend to look rather dead throughout the game and character creator. In real life, you’re always looking around with your eyes are never truly fixed to one point.
Yes the character doesn't look exactly like you there is some resemblance but your face is more round. Your nose is a bit different with the middle part a bit more forward and you have rounder cheeks.

Tried the demo just now. If you have graphic card then you're going to be fine. But if not, then you've to tweak on the setting to lower its visual.
