Please top forcing yourself to not cry. Your body is in need of relief and release of something that is causing you emotional pain. It's ok for you to cry. It's ok to feel what you felt. Feel it, you will feel sooo much better once you have a good cry. Crying makes you huMAN.

Are we really any different to trees, that we are willing to give up the very essence of us when winter comes around?
Interesting production about the universe and how it knows exactly what is needed, yet the music credit is attributed to someone with the name, "Retaliate." Point is, if the universe is indeed in control, why is there any need to retaliate? Of course, it's just a credit given to a band or someone who composed the music; however, it is a funny juxtaposition, in any case.
There is nothing against which one must retaliate if the universe is in control and we are in alignment with the universe...unless the retaliation is against that which obstructs our alignment; and even then, for there to be total acceptance of everything, there must be a letting go of all attachments and aversions to anything. Only when we become nothing, in the sense of having no attachments to the results of anything that we do and no aversions to anything that we see, feel, or experience, do we realize all of it.
As G. I. Gurdjieff once said, "Life is only real, then, when I AM." The realization that each and everyone of us IS and all of us ARE and Always have been, is to know that All and Everything is Nothing at all, only the spaciousness within which everything is.

I'm trying to grasp the idea of "the universe has a plan for you" so what about homeless people or people with cancer? You were meant to have a bad life?
We are assuming that homeless people and people with cancer have a bad life. But it may not always be the case, . But to answer your question, I think everyone has their own journey, a purpose and some people find incredible happiness and meaning from the cards that they are dealt. You should invest some of your time listing to Alan Watts. It will well worth it. even the 30 50 minute videos of his full lectures
Why is it well worth it?
It is a perspective worth indulging. He is not trying to force his beliefs on anyone. He simply shares curious ideas that lead down various cognitive pathways. Alan watts has been quoted many times over, you may make a connection that was previously unknown.
But what do I tell my child. He is ten and has already expressed that to hi. Life is meaningless. Because you go tos hook to earn a grade. For what. He is deep and gifted. I understand these videos but I still don’t know what to tell him. I hate to say I don’t know but will in the end? Can u please help me

It is common to believe that after death, one will “be locked up in a dark room forever” and have to endure that deep dark forever sleep. Ask yourself this, How can you fall asleep and never wake up, when in fact you woke up after never have gone to sleep? That’s when you were born. I came into existence at least once. That’s a fact. Why can’t it happen again...and again and so on. Death is a new beginning.
I find this video incomplete, wrong and superficial ...meant only for lucky us, who live in rich parts of the world. How does this apply to the rest of the world where ppl are dying of thirst and hunger from the very beginning of their lives? How does it apply for all murderers, rapers and all others alike? Universe doesn't know what's good for you, or knows, but doing nothing about it. It's about something else ...some other kind of energy, or some other theory in connection with universe

Meanwhile, I found acceptable universe theory :) It says that universe is just a provider. It doesn't care about good or bad. It just provides us what our energy asking for. And since we (mostly) don't control our energy, there's a chaos all around. So the point is to raise our energy through our state of mind. Through mindfulness, clarity, determination, appreciation and other positive thoughts and states of mind. The hard part is that all these thoughts have to be truly genuine; not just mindless repeating (like affirmations). We have to feel what we think. They say, meditation is one way to achieve that. Just then we'll get what we need

This wisdom is to old for me...I will not tame the Lion within me because some old fart 2500 years ago says I should look at life through his eyes...I would have to disregard all the miracles in my life...and that's not going to happen....
One wonders what those people who were burned alive in Nazi concentration camps would say about this ABSOLUTE HORSESHIT.
I too find that at times life just does not make sense and is unfair (as in the case you have mentioned about those who suffered in the holocaust)
I get by with an attitude of hope and faith, that perhaps there is a reason and meaning for it all. I try not to make sense of this reason as it may not be for us to understand. But what matters is that I come to peace within myself.
One wonders if you have any real idea of suffering and how it affects your emotions.
I can understand Sandy Man's point of view; but if he is speaking of the unknown. Times for them were horrifying and disgusting; but who's to say everyone trapped in those horrific circumstances lost all faith of a better life?
If you explained the concept of gravity to a bluebird on the tree branch outside your window, would it ever understand? You could talk until every last breath had been spent and the bluebird would not be any closer to understanding.
