So heartbreaking and so avoidable. Nobody but NASA insiders and Morton Thiokol knew what likely had happened at this point. The close ups on the family were very intrusive and this was only a few days after the crew perished. Not sure how NASA staff lived with themselves after this. May these brave souls rest in peace and I hope their families found some way to live with their terrible loss.
