1st tool I've seen where the carburetor is a consumable. If you use clean fresh fuel mix, and run it empty before long term storage, I would expect the carb to last a vary long time, and even then a rubber/soft parts kit should be all that is needed. It's always a good idea to use Stabil or similar in the fuel of any seldom used tool. Also, they need to specify the fill level on the gearbox, their 'demo' shows them adding a few drops. That's not right, the gearbox needs to be filled to the specified level - usually to the bottom of the fill hole with the machine in the operating position.
