Imma just say this. Anyone who does not use any extensions like me will never get hacked by an extension owner. I never got hacked by anyone on my current account, and as a proud owner of the 2018 account, I won't be hacked at all by any extension that exists, since I don't use them.

Thankfully I've never downloaded any search extension under Roblox in the Chrome store so I got nothing to worry about. I only used Roblox+ once then deleted the extension cause it causes the game client to crash or close after 30 min which was annoying. Stay safe folks! To the victims, hope you'll recover anything you've lost real soon! 🙏

to be honest, roblox shouldn't allow extensions on their games so freely, things like this happen often probably, with not only roblox. the thing they should do is have them confirm whether or not you can make an extension for roblox, or they can make it for where only star code creators can use it, or popular people that use roblox. If that is possible though.

I personally wouldn't mind if Roblox had to moderate different extensions. I don't, however, really like the idea of it only being accessible to youtubers. I use a Roblox server finder extension myself and it’s helped get me out of a lot more awkward Roblox situations than you’d think.
There also doesn't seem to really be a point in it. The extension owner himself was responsible for the hackings, not the users of it, so banning basically all players from using extensions doesn't really seem like the best play.
