- Very fun campaign as France taking the Napoleon path. If you get a good start, it makes for one hell of a ride.
Playing on Hearts of Iron 4 Version 1.12.10 - All Expansion DLC enabled
Possible Achievements this run:
-Second Time's the Charm
-Vive la France - Just unpause until the end of '48
-Vive la Juene Ecole - If you steal the combined navies of the UK, US, Germany, and Italy, you should have enough destroyers; just make sure to get the tech done by 1945

Should have anexed the French Speaking part of Switzerland
I'd like to try this myself but can hardly build up a good army + Britain always defends the home islands in my runs. Any tips? Also why did you puppet all the African colonies?
you get Africans colonies because they will have their own factories and since they are your puppet they give you a good chunk of their industry depending on how close you are to annexing them
Puppeting the colonies reduces equipment needed to garrison them, and also lets them build up their generic focus tree for extra civs and mils before being reintegrated in the focus tree
Early game Brits doesn't have enough troops to defend everywhere but after some point they will guard every port
The UK invasion is all about speed. You are usually going to have to rush down and get "Avenge Waterloo" as early as possible. I find it's also easier when you declare war on Britain right when your invasions are fully prepared. Landing with just 10 divs also requires a little micro to get all the needed ports. Hope this helps!

Napoleon III goals was to make Mexico a great power with an Austrian monarch on their own so they could reclaim Texas and keep out the USA out of California, but like in Spain the people were stupld, manipulated and given ammo and weapons by the USA and just like he predicted Mexico became weak and lost forever most of it's territory to the USA.
Napoleon VI just woke up one day and though: Alright, time to make my great-great-greatuncle proud!

spam naval bombers and put majority of the fleet in it or dodge the channel entirely and invade from occupied netherlands

If you launch the naval invasion the literal in-game hour you declare war on Britain there is a good chance their navy is still docked in port, thus, giving you a one-shot opportunity at launching naval invasions. Same strat works with Germany doing Sea Lion that way. Be it, it's cheesy
Prepare naval invasion from different spots and when u deckare the britts most likely not have their navy out and ur invasion goes off.

Also anyone else sad Napoleon Jr. isn’t available as a field Marshal? Would’ve been a good opportunity to have an achievement called “The little corporal reborn” for maxing him out as one.
I want to like it because it has innovated some things, but HOI4 is just so bad. The fact this can all be done so casually on its detail-less playdough map is pathetic. HOI3/Darkest Hour > HOI4
