Also, there isn't a Rexist Belgium specific achievement that I know of, but there is "Forges of Victory", which requires you to get 50 factories as Belgium. And I think doing it as Rexist Belgium was the easiest way (take over France, and you're pretty much done). It's how I did it, anyway.
What are even the meta divisions nowadays. Because I'm just making 3 by 3 infantry division with shovels, Arty and if i can AA and to attack someone just 4 tanks and 4 trucks in a 20 width tank div that has Arty and maintenance company.
