This is the very reason we don’t have images of the prophets in islam. Their skin color is a non factor. It’s is all about the message they brought to remember that we are all the creation of Allah and the best among us is the one that is closest to him.

I always like Omar Suleiman - he's a good teacher, and not just an evangelist.
That's the beauty of Islam also... no discrimination as the Prophet (pbuh) said, "There is no difference between an Arab and non Arab or black and white EXCEPT PIETY." Our Mother Hajar (pbuh) was dark skinned. The Prophet (pbuh's) foster mum and guardians were BLACK. Some of the greatest companions were black also... Alhamdulillah for Islam! PEACE! #MrWhatWaa

Considering that color has been nullified and replaced by non-black images; color does matter otherwise there would not have been an attempt to conceal it. Lineage does tell the story but in the process of describing lineage people's minds were clouded with images; which, for many superseded documented information.

In Islam, we believe that we do not favor or differentiate one prophet from another, as is taught to us in the Quran (2:285). While there might be a Prophet we particularly are fond of, we don't relate to them because of their skin color or ethnic background. We are taught to love all the Prophets and to learn from all of them.

Sitting facing mataaf with my back on one of the pillars, watching a sea of fellow brothers and sisters doing tawaf glorifying Allah all skin colors imaginable. From the gorgeous darkest tone from Senegal, to yellowish white from China, and every tones in between, i myself brown from Indonesia, and next to me was a blue eyed sister from Sweden. (It was hajj of 2002)

it is very important to mention that the 1st person who gave the call for prayer on the Holiest of Holy places in Islaam i.e. The Kaabaa in Macca, was a Black African Ex-Slave Bilal (May Allah SWT be pleased with him) one of the most famous Companions of Muhammad ﷺ
At the time of the Conquest of Macca, Bilal (May Allah SWT be pleased with him) was ordered by Muhammad ﷺ to climb the Kaabaa and give a call for prayer.
He (Bilal) started to take his shoes off as Kaabaa being a holy place...... Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told him to climb without taking the Shoes off.
Imagine.... the 1st call for Prayer by a black Ex-Slave... on top of the Holiest Mosque in Islaam with the shoes on.....
I say the Islaam killed racism 1400+ years back......
Apologies for mentioning this here... but I believe that it has to be mentioned..... the Blacks were given right of voting some 70 years back in America..... and I still see a lot of racist videos from the USA (So called "Land of the free") here on youtube.....
