It can take a long time to really finish conversion - because when you are raised Christian, it is a big part of your identity, and in the USA it's so common that you'd have to really risk some relationships, certain kinds of jobs, to become a fully practicing Muslim. But more than that, Christians really love Jesus - we are encouraged from the time we are young to love Jesus, to have a personal relationship with Jesus, etc. To become Muslim it feels like you're betraying someone you are deeply connected to, and you feel deeply guilty about it. But to come to the realization that this man you loved so much is still alive in heaven, that to follow Islam is to follow Jesus' religion, to understand that Jesus and Mary can't answer your prayers, but that they can still serve as inspirations, these things helped me to change eventually.

Islam enforces their law on the people who live in the Middle East and the penalty is death or torture if breaking them. Allah talks about killing infidels for ten verses and says he doesn't love anyone who doesn't follow him. Jesus said that what goes into a man's mouth does not defile him, Matthew 15:11, and the Qur'an believes it does. Muhammad enforced his people to pray five times a day and one time was ready to kill everyone in town for not coming. It is full of lies
