Whoops. I totally flubbed this. I wanted to get a chance to seek out all of these other civilizations with a great deal of space and room and I forgot that STANDARD size is the one with 8 civilizations and more room, not SMALL. SMALL will be only five other civilizations and a start where Menelik is already stealing loyalty from my second city because he's too close.
