You can study at NorQuest college in practical nurse diploma for international educated nurses. I am international student from India studying in this program at norquest Edmonton. Also got the bursary as well.
I will not advise anyone to do this. I am currently having the license but there are no jobs. There are actually jobs but you will not get any response when you apply. When you are outside Canada, you need a job with LMIA which is very difficult to find. There are a lot of jobs for LPNs but they are for those who already have work permit
Let me be specific here. What I said below is for Alberta province. Nursing jobs in Alberta are for those who have work permit. However, I heard there are recruiters in British Colombia and Ontario who are actively recruiting international educated nurses. Some even give Jobs with provisional license.
Hi @IENFactsCanada I am an IEN from Italy with a 3 years Bachelor's Degree in Nursing + 1 year Master Degree in ICU, I am here in canada in Ontario but things here taking so long times and I want to know if I can Apply for Alberta and then work in Ontario. May I have to apply for WES to with my degrees or not?
@@sogbesamake How far along are you with CNO application?
I have wes report that is secondary school diploma and i have registered as a nurse in my home country and have experience more than 4 year . Am i eligible to be practice as a lpn in Alberta?
Yes, but you will need WES for your nursing education.
@@IENFactsCanada can you provide your email I'd. So I can send you my wes report
Hey, i hold diploma in nursing with 3yrs of experience. Also, have a band score of 7.5 in IELTS.
Is 4yrs a must??
Also, how do i prove my practice hours?
You do not need 4 yrs as long as you have 1000hrs within your 3yrs of experience. The verification of registration allows them to assess your practice hours. If they need any other proof they will let you know.
@@IENFactsCanada thanks 🙏
How can apply caregiver job please help 🙏
Hi dear, I am a nurse assistant (Ghana) with credentials evaluated by WES Canada as a Nursing Assistant. Do I qualify for this pathway? Else kindly advise which pathway suits me. Will be glad to get your email. Thanks Sis.
Hi Rita. Unfortunately, nursing assistant doesn’t qualify for this application unless you have completed a Nursing Program. Patient Support Worker or caregiver pathways would be great for you.
I have all certificate service letter
i really like you..
Thank you 😊
