My Airbnb is closer to Cadorna than Centrale. I would never have figured there was another train station if it wasn't for this video. Thank you so much!!!
I remember taking this train into Milan back in 2015. Nothing has changed and the service is excellent 👌🏽. Very different compared to Latin America, where airports are far from the city center and there are no railway connections available (if there are, they're too poorly built), so the only options are taxis and shuttle buses adding horrendous traffic and luckily you'll be in the city center in 2 hours.
You are right, and the service still great, train always departs and arrives on time, and there is always a train schedule every 30 minutes. I would suggest to take this Malpensa Express to Cadorna if anyone wants to enjoy Milan as soon as they landed in Malpensa. Nothing can beat a 44 minutes train ride and 2 minutes walk to reach the beautiful Castello Sforzesco. Thank you so much for always watching the videos, have a great weekend.
Thank you so much 😍I bought u a coffe for this 🙏it’s really helpful ..may I ask what should I do if I miss the train because of too much crowd 😥 can I simply take the next one with the same ticket ? second question what if we are 2 & didn’t find space for 2 big luggage ? would people get angry if we squeeze it in the 4 persons seats area 🙄?
That's very kind of you. I would always suggest buying Malpensa express once you have arrived at the station. The train leaves every 30 minutes or so. Usually they don't allow you to take the next one schedule, but sometimes you get lucky. It should be fine to ask for an excuse to your next passenger to squeeze in your luggage in the alley or between seats.
Thank you, from Milano Cadorna the early train leaves at 04.26 and arrived at T1 Malpensa Airport at 05.04 and I think if your flight is at 06.00 you might have very small ample time to spare. Better grab a taxi and make your booking the night before
Thank you so much its so helpful. Im trying to buy my train ticket and would like to know how much you think it takes to get through customs . because I dont wanna miss my bus
@@StrollingAround thank you so much for your kind reply. I will take a look. By the way, is the train & subway situation is the same this year compared to 2023? Many thanks 🙏🏼
@@elmadi7391 anytime, yes nothing changed compared to 2023. Hopefully in the coming years we'll have more stops towards the city center from the Linate Airport
Hi, is tapping in through the gate from Milano Cadorna considered validating the ticket or do we still need to find a validation machine at the platform like in Milano Centrale?
Hi, you'll still need to validate the validation ticket machine. Scan on the gate is only to say that you have a ticket to get to a train. Now if you bought a ticket on mobile you will also have to do a check-in with a link available on the app like TrainLine
Practically the elevator that takes you to the train station on T1 is next to the luggage drop area so maybe around 4 minutes away. You can watch my full guide on Malpensa Airport T1 in here th-cam.com/video/nay9jvEa5cU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KxFlO52YREEY38dF
Most tickets are fixed to date and time, but it's refundable partially to 90% better if you consult with the official stand by the ticket machines or go to the ticket office.
@@StrollingAround thank you for your help, I see that they have contactless payment at the stalls, I assume you just tap your card if the inspector wants proof of payment?
e tickets bought from the ticket app should be validated by tapping a check in button available on each app. I used TrainLine and when you open the ticket on the app there's a check in button, just tap and follow the simple steps

Hello great video! Do trains run from a certain time? Our flight back will be very early like 6am!

Hard to predict time on custom and luggage collection. I'd say it's better to buy the bus or train ticket as you arrive.
Thank you !
You're welcome!
Is there luggage day storage near Cadorna station? Thank you.
Yes, and there're also apps that can help you find places to drop luggage safely.
Very helpful step by step as always. May I ask if you have Milan airport going to Milan Centrale by train? Thank you
Yes I do have the water video, it's the most watched with more than 80k views. Just browse my videos to find it. Thank you so much.

8:43 which app is this that tracks the train progress? Thank you
I used the TrainLine app on that one.
Στο τέρμιναλ 1, απο την αίθουσα παραλαβης αποσκευών μέχρι το σταθμό του τρένου πόση ώρα περπάτημα είναι;

If I buy my ticket on an app but miss the scheduled time is the ticket still valid?
Most tickets are fixed to date and time, but it's refundable partially to 90% better if you consult with the official stand by the ticket machines or go to the ticket office.

What is the app name? There are too many
Personally I use TrainLine mobile app
How to validate e tickets
e tickets bought from the ticket app should be validated by tapping a check in button available on each app. I used TrainLine and when you open the ticket on the app there's a check in button, just tap and follow the simple steps
Is it safe at night
It's relatively safe at night here in Milan, still you should be mindful of yourself and belongings
how to get tickets with cash
You can always use the ticket machine that accepts cash, or there's a ticket counter both on Malpensa station and Cadorna or Centrale Station
