You CAN pay yourself as a sole proprietor. You write disbursement checks from your business account to your personal. treat it as income and do it on a consistent basis. You pay your own taxes when due.

I got biweekly stubs because my current stubs won't help me get approved with the 3x the rent requirements here in GA and I'm overwhelmed that it pass snappt system which is kinda crazy because most apartment use it offen
Get a payroll account and create legal paystub. Snappt checks the metadata to see if a online document was altered and it can check the origin .

Technically legal. However, many lenders look up articles of incorporation and if they see you’re the owner, they still want tax returns anyway.
They want to make sure you’re actually profitable and not about to go belly up.
Not all states require tax documents. I’m from ny they want tax docs but I’m in va now and not one apartment complex has asked for tax documents.

Self employed. W-2 is if you worked for someone else and they were withholding taxes from each paycheck.

No, they have to be taxed as s S-Corp or Corp to run payroll

Title is a bit misleading. Essentially you are promoting a payroll service.
Yes it’s promotes them. But there are the only payroll provider that allows to run payroll with a credit card.
