    Jenny - Hunt Valley - It's very important to consider your customers feelings and make a genuine effort to understand their complaints. PLeasing the customer is more important than money because the customer's satisfaction is the most important.

    It is important to see if your customers are satisfied by your product or not. And if not then what is the reason behind it. You should do the market research and by this u will be able to retain your customers

    It's years since this video was uploaded but too many businesses are as remote and disinterested as ever. And many business-owners or even just average people do *not* believe customers are more important than the money. Businesses will do whatever they can get away with so long as they're turning a profit. :/

    But if you can't solve their issue or if your 6caller they expect you can fix their situation plus if you have to transfer plus what if they are not even the primary on the account or fraud caller or someone calling on behalf they will still get survey
