@Newzroom Africa - please use the correct South African spelling of "judgement", not the US spelling "judgment". If you need any editorial assistance, I am available. Thank you.
The Lawyer on the right side is absolutely wrong and misled their clients! Do you remember my comments on this matter few weeks ago? Taking RAMAPHOSA as respondent to court was a mess! The commentator on our left side is clearly explaining the concept of "exceptions" in court. Therefore, RAMPHOSA response was obvious and accepted by the courts as there is no factual enough basis to conclude that he was responsible for the loss to those families who lost their relatives. This is simple: Did RAMAPHOSA either in his capacity of Non-Executive Director or VP requested or instructed or made any proven action that lead SAPS to shot the miners to kill them? No. Was RAMAPHOSA part of the executive management of the mine Co.? No. He was a Non-Executive Director. Who killed the miners? SAPS. Who to the unit who made the kills respond? To the Regional and National Commissioner. Who instructed them to kill? Either their own action on the basis of the danger they faced or by orders from a commissioner. Which Commissioner gave the order to kill? There is no way to implicate RAMAPHOSA or the mining company. These lawyers are politically motivated and this makes them a shame for the class of lawyers. He says RAMAPHOSA acted in his personal capacity as a shareholder and a senior member of the political party. But the question still the same: What did RAMAPHOSA that caused the kill? Should a phone call, witness or other form prove that he instructed SAPS to kill, then, we would have a case. Even if RAMAPHOSA ordered the SAPS to kill, could the saps just go there and kill? No evidences and no factual reason here. The State is the ONLY guild part here!
I wish Ramarikana lives long until we the youth takes over this country we'll try him and he'll face the might of the law. He'll pay for his sins one day .
