First thing i did was to call my mom from UK after seeing this interview..thank you menon sir and brilliant host.
22:15 being a person who deals with depression, the kind of impact those words had on me is inexplicable. so glad to have watched this interview. he teaches you a new way to approach and view life.

The most appealing aspect of Happiness Project is more of Dhanya's willingness to hear than to probe ! Not many anchors have this discernible balance. Everyone makes it their prerogative to be investigative n Sherlock-like than to be learning n understanding of the Guest who sits across. Dhanya salutte !! ( I did write about your clean diction ere too !)
The last few minutes will always remain close to my heart about Menon sir and those will be the bestest thing I have ever heard. Thanks THP for bringing this gem, got to hear him after ages. .

Mr Menon-The master narrator, narrator par excellence of Malayalam film industry. HIs unique ability to captivate his audience through his exemplary narration skills is unmatched, and is witnessed through many of his films and in this interview, when he talks about his mother. The eloquence with which he talks about his mother with such untainted affection and devotion, is indeed a reflection of Mr Menon's personality. Undoubtedly, no story can be narrated with such alacrity, without having a personal experience and more importantly the ability to view, ponder and portray, the landscape of that experience.
We are blessed to have such a fine multifaceted artist amongst us, who has enriched and enlivened our lives, through his movies. Best wishes.

I have watched most of the episodes of happiness project, but whenever this one came up i used to skip and watch other episodes.. may be because i was not a fan of mr. Menon,.. But, today i thought ok lets watch it, its popping up everytime.. there must be something in it".. i read the comments first and i thought this sounds good and i watched.. oh god, never thought this man is such a positive human being who could clearly define our role in this life within 23.11 mins.. excellent, mindblowing and truly inspirational talk by mr. Menon,. may u shine bright and illuminate the lives that u touch with ur positivity..

Though it was a recollection of events which are both happy situation and as well as of a loss of his mother. He tried to explain what is happiness in an outstanding way. It would touch anyone and even touched the anchor as well. Great talk !
