  • Do what makes you WANT to meditate first. Then, allow yourself to settle into the process.
    Something I forgot to mention is "Measured Breathing." Using the four phases of breath - Inhake, Inhold, Exhale, Exhold - to create balance utilizing balanced amounts of each; i.e.: 4-4-4-4
    [Any numbers can be used, but equal amounts will result in the most balanced "state of mind."]
