exploration is cool and all, but i feel like the fact that none of the side content gets marked on the map does the game a disservice because i completely blinded that a character a cool as rave was even at the train station for the entirety of the game despite passing by multiple times and i wouldn't even have been able to finish this area without finding her.
Raise your heat to activate the turret next to it. You can use the turret to reach that tag after you destroy it (they'll still rise up from being hit even if they're already 'dead').
Referencing a comment from @theavengedcenturion2158 on another video of mine, to be able to paint the train you need to talk to Rave and do her mission, she is at the train stop. I think I only ever talked to her and never officially did her mission iirc. But try that out.

a bit late maybe but: you can ride on the hydrant using a skateboard to reach the rooftop :)
That tag to the right of the rail at 2:18 is impossible. I fall well short of it not even close by jumping from the rails.

At 3:34 if you look on the map there’s like a area that’s underneath it, do you know how to get to that area?
