a bit late maybe but: you can ride on the hydrant using a skateboard to reach the rooftop :)

Referencing a comment from @theavengedcenturion2158 on another video of mine, to be able to paint the train you need to talk to Rave and do her mission, she is at the train stop. I think I only ever talked to her and never officially did her mission iirc. But try that out.

I was so mad i just beat the game 10 min ago and was trying to work on the hideout and thats all i needed lol

Just proceed through the game's story, that's the door to Mataan, where the last crew is, if I recall correctly

@@Nuckrieg weird, I just beat the game & I'm going through trying to clear up all the graffiti, but somehow that door is still closed for me even after finishing the story? I'm guessing that you must have to find the right door in Mataan in the first place, & that then unlocks it, because I still have no shortcut to get there. Edit: I figured it out lol... I simply just never actually went through other end of the highway in Mataan, I saw that it led to the hideout but I never actually went through the passageway, & that is what unlocks it. Similar to the taxi locations, I wish I would have just clicked on them when I noticed them in each level..

Don't see any exact spots at that timestamp, if you mean the one on the billboard on the back, you slide on that billboard on the way to the place I was when the video started

Go to the bus terminal area, then go to the walkways, under those is a lower shopping area (with long stairs going down to it). In that area there's some shutter doors you can slide under. Talk to the Old head and if you have enough rep you can access the underground skate area and those 2 graffiti spots.

Honestly I don't know what that graffiti is for. It doesn't count for the "Bombed" achievement. Maybe it is for unlocking a character that asks you to paint it as a challenge, therefore it resets?

@@Nuckrieg It seems to be inconsistent, I was required to get it for the achievement.

It will when you do the Mesh quest. First find him on the top, then on the planet plaza then on the bridge, then the graffiti will be up

best way to find it is looking on the map you'll see small sqaure in that area but it was def impossible til I saw this video
