I had Hazi’s problem when I was her age. It was harder to maintain weight than lose it. When i turned 30 tho it became harder to lose weight than maintain it 😅 so my advice is to enjoy eating whatever you want while your metabolism is still going at hyperspeed and workout from time to time as needed. I miss my blackhole stomach 🥹🥹🥹
