I’m not ready for large stairs yet but I like seeing the step by step process building up to stairs comfort level. Thanks for a great video explanation.
I recently rode three stairs and was glad to have survived it in one piece....🤣😎🤣 After a few times it went quite well and your tips will help me to try more stairs, thanks for that 😊
dang! thats 1 more stair than I've done! after watching this tho I'mma go tackle a 3 step stair... then get tail bone pads, then try a 4 step stair lol
Great tutorial! I like the progressive technique. The Extreme is the perfect candidate for this type of riding. If I find myself in a more urban area, I'll give stairs a try. Also, to fix "pokey finger through glove" syndrome, use a whip stitch to close the hole from the outside, and seal with super glue.
Indeed, when you go down a staircase with speed, the wheel will slide on the crests of the steps. It's like going down a ramp. On the contrary, going down them at low speed means receiving the impact of each step and it will be much more difficult to maintain balance. Another tip that I would add is that in the middle of a technical descent, fear can make you try to stop the machine. If you do, you will fall. You can slow down, but never try to stop.
yet again, awesome video! and please bring the backwards one, u can't tease us doing it without teaching! :P Also, where can i find that backpack and pants? are they on amazon?
Thanks! Appreciate it :) okay maybe I’ll combine it with a trick video :) the backpack is by Richa and pants just basic ones from New Yorker. The protective ones are by Fuse protection

@@mr_wrongway Good to know! I went out yesterday and ripped down a 5 step staircase a few times thanks to the video! Got so pumped! I'll wait till I get a Veteran or something before going too crazy.
@@mr_wrongway well I kept going back to my stair set and the suspension is definitely deflated a bit more than usual, its kinda balance between wheel destroying and fun... sorry my wheel you're just gonna have to take another one for the team

I'v been riding down the steps on my v11 seated, it's way softer that way. Just don't try to stop or slow down while doing it and it will be fine. 130/70 psi combo for suspensions (i weigh about 75+kgs)

Excellent video. You are good at these instructional videos.
Thanks for the confidence you gave me attacking the stairs.
Now, I just need to deal with people yelling, "You are breaking the stairs." 🙄
You’re welcome! They need to know it’s actually the stairs breaking the EUC :)
I was doing 2 steps on my v11 but forgot the kickstand.... I no longer have a kickstand on my v11.
Ouch!
Great Video!! I love hitting stairs, started with my z10 it's alot easier these days ...well besides when I do it on the mten4 lol
Thanks Vibes! WOW Z10 stair action sound quite challenging! And never do it on the mten haha

Got the extreme coming and can’t wait 😜 great video

I was about to make a video on this! Man, you beat me! Haha, you're really really skilled in these stairs, man. Crazy to see!
You can do one too! Haha thanks!
Bergman, I like your videos. Have an eclectic style.
You know what? F#@k it! Ill make one too! But it will be for less skilled riders like me 😂😂 @mr_wrongway
@@AJames-jr8kw thanks man! I really love Mr. Adam's videos and I'd love to be involved in the community!
My favourite thing to do. Love stairs. Great vid..
Awesome! Enjoy your stair riding shenanigans!
Thanks Adam, great instruction as always and more advanced techniques would be welcomed. You're simply the best. 6 pac Gord
Thanks a million! Cheers :)
U try backwards down stairs? lol
@@mr_wrongway yea heard my V10F doesn't have strong axle
Another fantastic video my man! Thanks!
Yay! Thanks for watching :)
hahah love your my daddy part im in stiches lmao top video as always mr wrong way
Hahaha glad you liked it! Cheers!
@@mr_wrongway it gotta be the funniest thing iv seen all year mate loved it 🤣😂🤣
I have a Patton and I'm afraid the kick stand in the back will hit the previous step. I guess I should not worry about that?
I’d say:
1. Do Adam’s preparation
2. Go for it! Don’t overthink, it’s super easy with suspension 😅
Hey, Mr Wrongway. I want to upgrade from a Kingsong s16. Should I go for the Begode extreme or Inmotion v14?

I counted many more than 8 steps in this video, very dissapointed
Im sorry to disappoint you. Indeed I stepped it up too much

How do you ride up stairs backwards?
Hi! What are writst guards and gloves do you use? Can you please give a link or a name of product? Thx!
Gloves are fox gloves (I don’t recommend they rip easily) and decathlon/oxelo wristfuards - good quality :)
@@mr_wrongway Thx for response! Great video! I will learn go on steps with my patton by your guide
@@mr_wrongway maybe you can recommend gloves that able to put on top of wristguards? I want to make present for myself

Dawn Champion did a video recently on gloves specially designed for EUC riders. She really liked them. e-rides uk sells but maybe elsewhere as well.
Ex30 is good for downstairs while hitting its battery case? Looks like some shilling going on
Fair point. Maybe with a lift? TBH i never rode the EX30 downstairs :/
@@mr_wrongway But you recommended it for riding downstairs 😐
I really want your Big Kinetic jump pad to buy 😢 And thanks for excellent video 😊
What size kinetic pads you'd say would fit better on the Extreme? Big or medium? I'm guessing medium even with the extra panel?
I have big! I prefer the surface are of the big ones :)
Is there a how to race video available?
I don’t race :) head over to Maribel Vargas channel or others :)
Hello what suspension you got on extreme?
1300 lbs coil (not the newest version with two knobs side by side but the one before that)
Where I can buy these?
excellent !
What backpack is that? My current one flops around too much so the hip strap seems great
It’s a Richa backpack. Indeed the hip strap works wonders !!!
Hi, where did begode falcon review gone?
Why have you taken down that video?
No smart bms
I never made a falcon review
Sorry, confused it.
Amazing skills, daddy!
Made my day !!! 😘
in my area all the stairs are far steeper and not as long. really annoying especially on bigger wheels
What boots are those?
Broger Moto Shoes :)
Thanks for the Tutorial! about the puns though- they were about 2/3's a pun: P U
hahaha, aww...
Damn! Big shoes to fill!
GOOD idea 👍
Thanks!
Make sure you have good pads for braking but don't try to brake, lean forward and go for it🤙🏽😂
pads that break? Can you get your money back then???
@@JonahOnEUC *Brake
I went along step-by-step, made it to step 4, now I am in the hospital. Oh, it was a joke. Okay, kinda funny. :D
I had my heart stop for a sec!
V11 is hollow core with suspension, I know you kinda hate it because of difficulty of repair but the air suspension is a technically "progressive."
V11 was disqualified from the EUC recommendation video because it doesn't have a smart BMS
The shocks from the V11 won’t survive a long time of stair riding :/ that’s why I didn’t include it there :/

V11 has very weak air suspension that won’t survive long if you’ll be riding down stairs. The sliders won’t survive long either :/
