I like this idea. I always struggle with this when it comes to my agency, Software development. I'm starting back up with content this month focused on my potential clients. This channel was sharing how I do things, which attracted an audience that doesn't have my ideal clients in it.
For instance, showing my expertise (in my head) means showing we have the skills to develop the software. But, the client doesn't understand programming 😅 so then I'm showing expertise to other experts and not reaching my ideal audience. But, that's what I'm figuring out now. Topics for my new content.
Amazing content, thank you! I watched the whole video and will watch it again. I relate to the part where you mentioned the downsides of hiring. In my experience hiring more people forced me to spend time on managing teammates and service delivery instead of focusing on becoming a better expert in my niche. My biggest takeaway is this: create more content around my niche and create a productized service offer instead of offering custom solutions for every client.
Hey Greg, love the content. Do you still do agency model at all? We are looking for someone to help, and really like your style. We run a bookkeeping company

@@FilledStacks showing you understand their problem is demonstration of expertise. that likely means nothing to do with programming. :)
@@gregoryjhickman I like that phrasing.
"show you understand their problem" . thank you.

Thanks. Good takeaways.
You gave me a solid new perspective, Greg. Thanks for this case study. 🙌🏻
did you go through the whole thing? what was your biggest takeaway?
I’m at $4.5k/month doing short-form video. Should I still apply? Would love to work with you!

What do you mean "do i still do agency model at all"? Happy to chat. You can message me on LI or IG to discuss.
I signed up but your flow isn't working properly. The Facebook links are dead, the booking call is dead, and the free course button doesn't work :/
where did you specifically sign up? what flow are you referencing?
Omg what is that graph
