Hows ur raize nowadays Franz? I lifted mine by 1-1.2 inches too but I feel the centre of gravity is too high and it doesnt give me the feel of being planted and the sway from side to side when uneven road feels springy.. I guess this 200 ground clearance is the limit for a suspension designed for sedans..
Nice I like you vlog, but hope you can give as the total expense for the whole lifting process. Because we just bought a raize this month . I am happy that you shared how the raize lifted. tks.
I did an update on my Facebook page. :) m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0JsrU6Z6Prvhsfnu3HTNmmfCUAoY6ApMLDu1UEwAL6JuQirjPFsKdT9Kjv94Ghrqbl&id=100063581086515&mibextid=Nif5oz
Hi! I’m a new raize turbo owner and planning to have a light off road build like urs… besides buying from japan or to some other countries, can u recommend a local shop that can provide the essentials for the lift kit? I’m kinda new in car modding too soo it’s a big help. TIA!
:) For the front, mahirap pa i-judge yung comfort, but for the rear im definitely sure mas masarap yung ride ng Raize ngayon
I highly suggest not to raise the car too high. Especially with raize its not build to be too high i rather lower the car to improve stability when driving. Also like you said the cv joint is having issue already in the long run your cv joint will break send it back to the mechanic and lower the high of your car. For me its better lower suspension then add a bigger wheels like 18 inch to make it look cooler and better stability controller. Don’t take this as hate comments i just want to share this to everyone that not all car need to lift that high.
the build route is to go overlanding, so lifting the car at 1 inch shouldn't be a problem. Think of lifted Forester's and XV's, it's the same thing. I never said there was a cv joint problem. Please go watch the video again.
@@FranzGaw foresters have bigger engine lifting the car is ok for off road or over landing but compare it to raize that has a very small engine for sure mahihirapan yan. Unless meron custom made na cv joint sa raize for raise suspension.
Not a necessity but if you like driving spiritedly and want to unlock some sporty feel from your Raize, then its a 👍 lalo na kung madalas kayo sa mountain zigzag roads.
Hi sir Franz! Been watching sa channel mo for quite a while and I really enjoy your vids. One question lang, I’ve been planning on getting a Montero and I noticed na you guys have one ata medyo nasasama minsan sa mga videos mo hehe. Ask ko lang on what is your feedback on it in terms of power and suspension feel? Goods naman ba pang daily? Might as well do a tour of it haha. Thanks sir and more power!
Montero is good. A really reliable workhorse. You can never go wrong with one. It has enough torque to haul a full load. Yung suspension is comfortable but in the long drives medyo nakakahilo kasi ang lambot nya and the car likes to pitch and roll
Hi, curious lang. hows the rear suspension after replacing it with the tanabe? I find the rear stock suspension too soft thats why i cant put too much load on mine.
@@FranzGaw thanks for replying. Actually torn between lowering or lifting. Waiting for your upgraded tires and see how it performs on some light trails. 💯
It would be great if you could have English subtitles for us non-tagalog speakers abroad. I've been able to discern the gist of most of your other Raize videos; however, I believe this one needs subtitles as you seem to have a lot to explain for this is major modification.
You'll only get the manual if you're on a budget or if you've convinced yourself somehow that a manual non-turbo variant is better. 🤣

Hello, saan pong shop yan po? and mai stock naman sila na suspension for toyota raize or dapat iorder pa po sa iba?
Boss, San binili yun tanabe spring sa rear, and hm, thank you in advance.
what size po ang camber bolt na gamit ? thank you
Boss, yun thing with the stabilizer link nangyayare din sa stocks. tingin ko depende sa humps.

Good day sir... Thanks and God bless
Good video , but why u didn't used spacers instead of bigger springs which are now making sound.
Nice video bro.. Just wondering since naka lift na yung project raize mo.

Yung springs are designed for the stock shock absorbers

Hello po...is it ok if i change my mags to 17...ciz raize g variant have 16 only...i want to change it to 17...plz help me?
Sir meron poba kau pang avanza
mag increase po ba ang minimum ground clearance or sa tire to fender height increase lang?
Both of them increase. :)
i was impressed how he rate the shop
Honest and fair. That's the only way to do it. 👍
Ano po size ng camber bolts?
How about on lowering the raize sir, springs lang kaya ang kailngan? Or palit stab din?
