Amazing job guys! So, my team is working on something we call the FIRST Robotics Global Scrimmage, where FLL teams can submit solo-runs to be ranked on a giant leaderboard! Would it be cool with you guys if we featured this run on the leaderboard for other robotics teams to see?
Yes we use the Robot Inventor 51515 set in this build, simply because we have it on hand. The spike prime should do the same. We didn't add much weight but we did double the driving wheels to increase traction.
We first designed a consistent "interface" between robot and attachment, all the attachment have same base structure to connect to robot. Then we break down the complex problem to multiple smaller and simplier problem and solve them individulally.
Helooo from Slovenia! We are team Black Demons, currently we are upgrading our missions to make them faster and more reliable. We have won regional FLL cup, at the moment we are preparing for FLL Adria championships. Your strategy is very close to what we are doing, but the 2nd run is amazing. Can we make similar attachment for M08, M09?
Leave attachment on table is allowed (with few exceptions that clearly stated in the rule book), lots of team do this, and in our official competitions games we confirmed it with referee.
Hi there, we loved your robot so much and we have some questions about the robot and programming because this is the first time we participate in the first Lego and we could use your help if you are willing. We would be grateful if you have us your email or anything we can contact you with.
...and we wish you all the best on next competition.
Very cool!
Thanks!
Amazing work!! Can you please tell me what did you use in 0:29 and at the concert mission?(i mean the mechanism that shoots the attachment)
that was great, but what about the attachment changes???
is gyro balls used in this design? i have the 51515 and it has no gyro balls so i’m looking for a design that don’t need them
you robot is so cool!
Thanks!
I Like the attachments

Sure, we'd like to be part of this.
Thank you!@@NGEngineers
Do you use custom blocks to make transitions from one block to another seamless?
No, all our code is using word block, and built up on standard command.
@@NGEngineers Can I see it?
Do you use PID Controll? Or Just PD Controll or only one variable? And Congrats!
Thanks! We just use the proportional control. Even though PID is more accurate but for moving straight and turning, single parameter is good enough.
I would assume you use the Inventor Hub Programm right? And did you add any weight to the robot? @@NGEngineers

How you build the attachments do you have a sample for the attachments?

We are making a video to reveal more details, stay turned :)
@@NGEngineerswhere is video
Hello, our team of 4 got 500 in 1:50 seconds was that cool?
we lost points due to precision tokens xD
Wish u all the best :)
Which coding language you used? Word block or Python.
We use word block.
How do you avoid variations when launching the outputs?
We use a launching jig that reference from the bottom wall.
This robot is incredible, could you make a video showing the 2nd, red, in detail?
We are working on that :)
What country is your team from? USA? 🇺🇸
My team is from Brazil 🇧🇷
Yes, we are an US team.
its program and instructions are for sale?
No, we will provide as much details as we can in this channel for free (making good video is hard ...)
Where can I build this?
Sorry, we don't have building instructions for this as this is multi-iteration of work, and continue evolving.
this is no where close to 550, you can’t leave the attachments u got more like 100

Thanks, we are happy to help! At this point the best way to communicate is through the comment and reply. Let us know if you have any questions.
