      까시는 영상에서는 끝 부분 제거 하시고 볼에 있는 것도 끝부분이 없는데
      그 다음에 볼에 있는 건 끝부분이 다 있는 걸로 보아 깐마늘 산 걸로 따로 찍으신 게
      아닐까...하는 생각이 드네요

    매드포갈릭 전직 요리사입니다. 막내때 저 마늘 슬라이스땜에 브레이크 타임(공식적인 브레이크는 없지만 식간시간) 내내 저짓거리 했던 기억이나네여...ㅋㅋ 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 치곤 정말 한계가 아닐까 싶을정도로 거의 모든걸 주방에서 만들었습니다. 심지어 디저트에 들어가는 블루베리 콩포트도 직접 끓여서 졸였던 기억이...

    제가 일할때 갈릭 스테이크는 서버가 마지막에 후추 그라인더를 가지고 나가서 뿌려줬어야했습니다 첫번째 스테이크가 개인적으로 매포에서 가장 맛있는 스테이크라고 생각해요
