This anime was about a doctor treating monster patients and I do wish it was about that more than the girls being all “ohh I’m sensitive there” and then falling in love with the guy within the one ep. The people messed up such a good story where they could’ve gave the guy a much needed personality and where it went in depth to how each and every monster had a different anatomy and how to solve there medical problems for each one. But nope they turned it into a harem anime.

He should've notice the moment skadi feels uncomfortable and stop the examination to ask for consent like "this will be more unpleasant should I keep going?" If she said yes then ask again "let me know if you need me to stop". That is the basic etiquette for a doctor which he doesn't have.
