Hey just an appreciative comment on the content that you're churning out, and as much as i like your videos i have to admit i find myself in a love-hate sort of relationship with self help books, idk it come across as dubious to me as it begins with the idea of establishing in our minds thats we're not doing well in our lives( there's no harm if we arent we're only human afterall) but its like a trend these days almost to capitalize on our fears. I hope you know what i mean and as i say this , i have read ego is the enemy( my thoughts are exactly the same as yours, too many american references) but that book was a mind changer for me and thats what i meant when i said, love hate because some of the self help books ive read and reading so far give us something to chew on and introspect and see the world through a clearer or new lens. Which is why i read self help books once in a while to explore . Would love to know your thoughts as i find my thoughts to be very similar to your as well. In principle about life atleast. Looking forward to more such insightful videos 💫
