Majority of rock musicians listen to other genres. Who only listens exclusively to rock are fans, because they have this stupid mentality to think that rock is the only genre that is good.

Became a big fan of The Warning this year when I accidentally clicked play on their album Error on Spotify when it was on recommended albums lol. I was blown away how good they are. They deserve more recognition.
One thing that I love about The Warning is that in every show I’ve seen, they always mention their hometown of Monterrey Mexico 🇲🇽. I can imagine that they bring so much pride to their countrymen with that simple gesture. Thank You Mexico for bringing us The Warning

As a musician and huge fan of DPA, I really enjoyed watching this! It was so much fun. I also relate to their musical tastes, including some of the movie soundtracks! @@PuraVidaRoco To me City pop is an elegantly understated but sophisticated moody vibey Metropolitan pop with influences from jazz, groovy pop and even a bit of 80th synth as well. Like a mix of Sade, Lana del Rey, maybe a touch of soft Samba. In the case of L'impératrice the Latin feel seems obvious and like an essential component of the cool relaxed vibe (I'm thinking Girl from Ipanema meets Lana Del Rey). 🤩

OMG! Amoeba is the best. What blew me away is the size of the store. With size, they can stock sub-genres like under jazz is Brazillian Jazz__on and on...TW picked some great and unexpected music. I'm going to turn my friend on to the French Pop. Loved the video.
My parents, like their parents, taught me classical music, but I, like these girls, appreciate many musicians of the modern generation. I think the quality of music does not depend on time.
The diversity of their musical taste influences the composition of their music. The familiarity of those influences makes that subtle recognition in their music. We recognize something but can’t pinpoint what it is but we love it. And that’s the beauty of TW music. It’s rock but it’s universal. Idk, it’s hard to explain it. I’m just happy that they’re getting the attention and exposure which they richly deserve. Btw, I can’t wait for them to do the Three Amigas. It would be perfect and awesome if they dress up like that for Halloween. Nice pick Ale. Pau needs to direct another video (Sharks) with them wearing the outfits. 😂

L'impératrice to me sounds like the ultimate embodiment of the Japanese genre "City pop", which is a good thing 👍

OMG! Amoeba is the best. What blew me away is the size of the store. With size, they can stock sub-genres like under jazz is Brazillian Jazz__on and on...TW picked some great and unexpected music. I'm going to turn my friend on to the French Pop. Loved the video.

The diversity of their musical taste influences the composition of their music. The familiarity of those influences makes that subtle recognition in their music. We recognize something but can’t pinpoint what it is but we love it. And that’s the beauty of TW music. It’s rock but it’s universal. Idk, it’s hard to explain it. I’m just happy that they’re getting the attention and exposure which they richly deserve.
