- Nothing personal to anyone or any company. I must be transparent with my experiences and thoughts. This was a Meow & FurEvah Custom Canvas. His first one of this size. He rendered the art provided to suit the canvas size and assigned dmcs/symbols (fantastic rendering btw), outsourced the canvas print, outsourced the drills (evermoment i think), and glued the canvas himself before sending it to me.

I need to speak my piece. But first to publicly apologize to Mushy for the canvas not being up to her standards. Large canvases are not my wheel house. Mush came to me with a request knowing I don’t do large canvas but I took on the job anyway. I feel I may have rushed the applications of the adhesive process. I just don’t want this to reflect poorly on me because I do not do large canvases or take custom orders as part of my regular business. Mistakes happens and I’ll learn from the process. Again I apologize deeply.
I'm sorry, but I feel like it sounds like I somehow forced you to do something you didn't want to. I asked. You accepted. I asked if you were sure. You said yes. You could've said no. I even gave you an out when the first canvas was a blurry mess. You decided to have it reprinted elsewhere and push on.
While your shop doesn't offer large customs, when interest was expressed in the one I ordered from you, you told me I could inform my viewers that they could email you if they too wanted large customs and several people have ordered large customs from you as a result. I let you dictate what I could share on that particular matter. You were in control of whether or not you offered large customs.
As a business, you have the right to accept or decline requests. You also have a duty to stand behind your products whether or not they are your normal offerings. If you accept the offer and the payment you are obliged to provide the promised product.
I don't feel my expectations of a ready to work kit out of the box, complete with adequate materials (glue) for $75 were unreasonable as that's what we agreed upon.
Also, I have an obligation to channel viewers to share not just good but also the bad. To be fair and follow up if there are problems or not!
This was not a personal attack. It was me sharing my experiences with this canvas.
@@Mushmellow79I understand how the wording of my response may have sounded like I felt you forced me to take on the job. That was not my intention and I didn’t mean for it to come across that way. I’ve been apologizing this whole time and am trying to make it right. It’s just a hard blow for me as an upcoming business. I can’t apologize enough for a product I’ve provided that is unsatisfactory to your standards and you know I am willing to do anything to fix the issue.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to do it for you I just wish I had done a better job of making sure the adhesive on the canvas was better than it was before I sent it out. Lesson learned . And my offer still stands with fixing and or reimbursement. Again a am truly sorry for the way it turned out and the inconvenience it has caused you.

The glue might have run out when they ran your painting. Ever Moment is a quality company and I’m sure they will be happy to do it over.
This isn't an EverMoment canvas, just the drills came from there (I believe? I didn't order them). This is a Meow & Furevah custom canvas.

Serious bummer, Mush. 😕. Sorry the canvas was disappointing. I’m experiencing the same rhing with the canvas I was doing for the Disney event. A 50x80 glue nightmare. 🙄🤦♀️. I’m only out $25, and I would have definitely complained anyway, but it’s been over 6 months since I purchased it, so zero expectations of getting a better one. Some life leasons are harser than
others, but 🤷♀️. It was a cool

What a shame, I’m sorry Mushy. I know how excited you were to work on this. Feel bad for Joe too, he must be feeling awful, especially after all the work he put in on this.
It happens. It was a learning experience for us both. I've only ordered a custom one other time, a couple of years ago, and he doesn't usually do canvases this large. I learned some things, and he learned some things, so it was a growth opportunity.
I am so sorry to hear that it won’t work out after all those hours and struggle with the drill yesterday. It was not meant for now.. I was looking forward to see how it would come out.

I don't usually comment as I watch on my work computer but I feel your pain! I've been very crabby about a completion I did recently with the same issues along with a lot of unnecessary confetti. I hate this for Joe and I'm sure he will work to rectify any future issues. I appreciate your honesty and wish I could formulate my thoughts that tactfully. 😂
I love custom canvases and if one isn't working out, I just have it remade from a different company or like Catsgallery said, have Ever Moment remake the canvas. The canvas is awesome and worth doing. I have my best luck with Temu and Amazon when it comes to customs. Good luck and I'm so sorry this is happening. I know you were looking forward to Cookie Monster.
I hope to be able to! I really love this image/ series. Note: this wasn't an EverMoment canvas. The DRILLS came from there (if I'm not mistaken, I didn't order them). This was a Meow & Furevah Custom
@@Mushmellow79 They will probably be eager to fix the problem. A bit of double sided tape might also fix it but you shouldn't have to do that. I don't know much about drills other than putting them on the right symbol! LOL. Sometimes I can't even get that right!!
@@Mushmellow79 I don't want to be a bother but have you tried exhaling onto the nonsticky parts? The warmth and humidity in your breath will often restore the stick to adhesives.
Oh I tried everything. I was a Google machine trying to try everything to restore stick before resorting to glue 😞 p.s. you're not a bother 😀

So sorry! I bought a 90$ canvas that went in the garage for various reasons but this one is salvageable… DaC sells glue… you can just add adhesive.
I shouldn't have to. I paid full value for a complete workable kit. It is not my responsibility to invest more money and time and work into a product that I paid another to provide. You don't go to a restaurant and pay to go in their kitchen and prepare your own dish.... you pay to have them do it for you and better than you could. Otherwise you'd stay home and cook. Same principles.
@@Mushmellow79 oh I 100% agree with you. The seller should offer a resolution!! I waited too long to open my canvas so that’s my fault.
A resolution was offered to be clear. If o failed to mention that in the video I didn't mean to exclude it.

I know you are trying to be nice but that company needs to do better. If you're charging DAC prices you need to provide DAC quality.

No, that has not been offered. I was offered a 50% refund or a $40 stock canvas if theirs, though.
How terribly disappointing to receive a canvas & very little stick, especially with a square drill canvas. You should not have to add your own glue.
Lesson learned all around. Tomorrow is a new day & a fresh start. ❤❤

I have considered it but I DID promise a DAC vs temu comparison of the same image so I'm kinda leaning that way
