I know this was posted a couple of years ago but I just got the Madam Sew kit this last Christmas. As mine came without any instructions, this video popped up on my feed just at the right time. I downloaded the app as you suggested and I finally feel as if I have a lightbulb over my head. Thanks Laura😀
I am not very versatile sewist but love sewing on and off, I started loving your videos , it helps me a lot, I am going to make draw string bag as a present for some one. Thank you dear, take care.
OMG what a great idea! I've been wanting more feet for my sewing machine anyway so that I don't have to struggle so much with my projects. Just ordered both sets and am super excited to broaden my sewing capabilities! Thanks for sharing!
There's such a huge choice of multi feet packs out there. This pack looks such good quality. Thanks for sharing. Really is the nicest most comprehensive multi feet packs I've seen
This is timely. I’ve been looking online for some feet for my Janome. I’ve been hesitant because I’m afraid to get something so important (to me) without seeing its quality. Your video & endorsement are very valuable to me. I just ordered with the discount!! Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!!
I got a different set for christmas, but they are pretty much the same. Thank you so much I got the app....💗 I also last week got the app bible from amazon😊
Wow that is so nice to know. Specially how to use the feet for different things. Great, going to install this app thank you for sharing this ...❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹
Hi Anne, the feet in the big 5 are indeed different from what is in the 32 pcs set. These 5 feet are a little bit more specialty feet and also bigger. You probably know the walking foot, so you'll understand what I mean with "bigger". Hope that answers your question!
Hi Laura, I'm impressed...but, I have 2 Pfaff machines (Creative 3.0 and a Passport 2.0). and I'm still learning about them...your Madam sew 'feet' would not fit into my machines right? I've been advised in the past , that n Pfaff go into Pfaff, just like their needles do? Thanks so much
I really like this idea. I do have one question. Are the feet marked to indicate their respective location in the box? Otherwise, you have multiple blank spots in the box. Where do you put the foot? I can see some confusion happening.
Kiki Tinkers with Paper this article will help you out, alternatively you can also let us know the exact model number of your machine and we’ll check it out for you madamsew.com/pages/shank-size-and-snap-on-feet-information-page1
Hi Laura! These are a great set of feet! I don't know whether you know this, but Marina Brumpton from Frocks and Frolics is doing videos on how to use Madame Sews feet one foot at a time. She too is loving them! With this discount that is offered I may just have to purchase these. Thank you for sharing this info!
That is a hard question to answer, as each person will like different machines. Just like cars. What I do recommend is that you buy from someone local. You can get good prices and you will get the service that you need. Sometimes you can pick up a floor model for a great price just let them know what you have to spend.
Thank you Laura. I understand what you are saying. I have a store that sells machines but it is an hour from me but I do feel like you gave me right advice. Thank you again.
Hi Bertha! With our high shank adapter, you'll be able to use 28 out of the 32 feet :) Happy Sewing! madamsew.com/collections/presser-feet/products/high-shank-snap-on-adapter

SewVeryEasy -They have an adapter for the Bernina which fits up into the cone and then you can use the other adapter for the snap on feet. It sound like a lot of adapters to me but I guess I could try it. I just don’t want to wreck my Bernina. I have a PFAFF which I could use these feet on with no problem. Maybe that’s the best solution.
I was told from a babylock dealer that the walking foot needs to be made for the model machine so the feed dogs on the walking foot align properly with the feed dogs of the machine. Is it true that even though the walking foot “fits” on the machine it may not work properly due to the alignment of the foot with the specific machine feed dogs? The app is great and the tutorials are helpful on that app!
Hi Connie! With our high shank adapter, you'll be able to use 28 out of the 32 feet :) Happy Sewing! madamsew.com/collections/presser-feet/products/high-shank-snap-on-adapter
Bwaaah😩! But, but, but what about those of us who have already purchased most of the Bernina feet individually? Another GREAT tute, Laura! Thank you. What a terrific design, organization, and training procedure Madame Sews has produced! Beats me why Bernina is sooo far behind in designing storage options for their accessories :{
Sorry I'm late to the party. I have one of the machines where the bar that attaches to the ankle is set back farther than the generic feet, meaning when I put one on my machine, the hole in the foot does not line up with the plate. But think about it, the needle has to go thru the center of the needle plate, and the foot has to be around the needle. So I took off the ankle, and compared it with a generic ankle. The OEM ankle is set back the same distance as the bar is set back on the foot. Another gimmick to make you buy the OEM accessories. So I put the Generic ankle on the machine with one of the feet in the set, and it lines up just tine. I bought a set of 52 feet, because they were made in China, and so was my machine. I figure they.speak the same language. Works for me, and I hope this info will help anybody who has been put off due to the OEM tricks.
Great app again! I have about 12 feet for my Janome, so handy for reference. I don't think we get Madam Sew feet here? I'm still to learn to use the cording foot, and beading , so I will get the app. Thanks again Laura!
MadamSew Hello! I live in Scotland UK. Looked online but nothing comes up at all for you here. Customs duty is often horrendously high for USA purchases sadly. Great app, I got that right away! MadamSew yes! It looks such fun too. Not sure why it’s not compatible, just read that on the Janome website. But the app is such a big help for the feet I do have! Thank you, xx
