Lesa’s pride & ego doesn’t allow her to be self reflective. It’s exhausting. Her relationships with the women don’t evolve because she can’t move past her preconceived notions, and the more Ayan tries to evolve her relationships with other people Lesa just latches on for dear life or tries to cause a wedge because she seemingly can’t get passed her preconceived notions of certain women.
I think you're missing the fact that Ayan is the one who is betraying her best friend in the process of "getting along" with the others girls. And she does it in a very sneaky way.

My analysis 😂: Lesa, used to being the "Queen B," is frustrated that Stanbury receives the same treatment without apparent reason (though it's clear why). Taleen's aggressive behavior towards everyone but Stanbury confirms why. The group seems tired of Lesa, as other potential "Queen Bs" like Sara and Brooks have given up, mostly because their supporters (Saba and Taleen) didn't pan out. Taleen even argued with Brooks, and now the group just wants to "get along." However, Lesa still harbors a vendetta, and the business attacks against her (accusations of being funded, stealing designs, over-branding) along with her strained relationship with Ayan - in an attempt bring her down a peg.
