One issue with the old big homes is heating and cooling costs. Remember too in the old days there was no central air.

Not many people have a big enough family to fill this house. Then you have to factor in the heating and other bills plus you would need to employ a cleaner etc.

T M exactly fuck em they don’t know we have the best looking homes out of all the major cities because our homes were built when Detroit was the richest city in America. Our unique architecture and our water culture on the east side is all beautiful. These beautiful and big brick homes aren’t going anywhere so once the revival of our downtown spreads to the neighborhoods then Detroit is going to be the place to be again.
Chaldo1000 detroit has beautiful architecture but people are too scared to move there because all we see is people on tv killing each other there every day

This place is literally less then 12 minutes away from the 8 Mile Trailer Park where Eminem grew up. It would probably be cheaper to buy the whole trailer park instead of this house.
