Hong kong has such a unique vibe. I was there briefly last year. It made me want to come back , and spend some real time there. Love the harbour, the night lights on the bay. Such an amazing place . Love all the unique places you find. The food is just top tier. Keep going but with your fitness journey . I’m training at the moment too.

I love that you included all aspects of Hong Kong such as the Dai Pai Dongs. I grew up in Chai Wan in the 60s where that was much the way of life. It brought back wonderful memories. I hope to see what Chai Wan is like today in one of your future videos.

The walking trail is called ‘Mills and Chung path’- google should show you where it starts. We took a mini bus that drops us off at HK Country Club
