- In My Hero Academia Chapter 425, "Out of Season", After Mirio and the big 3 have graduated UA, Class 1-A is now Class 2-A, and a brand new villain appears. Is this going to be Dekus way of redeeming himself for not saving shigaraki?

I reread the chapter and just realized that the new character uses what looks to be a pair of scissors to cut what could be stitches maybe that kept their mouths closed (since we see these strings dangling from around their head) then is seemingly walking away from a damaged building barefoot. Was this dude held there against his will? Was this another all for one vessel that managed to escape after the war?
I highly believe this is izukus father, just think he was said to have a fire Quirk and he could hav the same downsides as Dabi with it burning him thats why he has bandages, I do think that he'll still be a Villain though if he is he'll have to be a tiny Weaker than tomura/all for one max power weak enough that deku could beat him (although itll be a bit tough) but strong enough to beat all the other people like class 2-A nejire, tamaki, mirio either that or its a set up for a sequel where eri, Kota (I think its either Kota or Koda the kid who punched deku >_
Looks like someone who needs saving. Hopefully deku can do it. With no quirk. Imagine deku out there changing hearts with zero power. Idk if it's confirmed If deku has a quirk or not. Well hell probly obviously have support gear.
Hopefully he does his "damn best".
If you look at the things around his neck and arms, they look almost like wires. their mouth almost looks like it has a mask on it, maybe an oxygen mask? perhaps the scissors were used to cut it.
We all know AFO had more options than just Shigaraki, and we also know he might have had backups in case Shigaraki failed, waiting in one of those comatose tubes, ready to take him quirk if he needed to give it to them. Maybe, AFO still exists, William Afton styal. Having a backup, that might have a drop of him in it.

I love that Deku seems unhappy at all the cover ups and such. I really want like, a speech from Deku to the public about how things have to change. Smth like that would be godlike

So we have an injured, crying person wandering the streets in need of help, just like Tenko/Tomura did after killing his whole family.
And we have a Villain(Dabi) on life support after a gruesome battle with a Hero, just like All For One after his first fight with All Might.
The parallels are Strong in this epilogue.
I didnt even think about dabi being a parallel to afo in that moment that is so good
I really liked this chapter, love seeing the big 3 finally graduate and Class 1A becoming Class 2A, sad seeing Aoyama leave but happy Shinso finally joining Class 2A. Deku seems to still be upset about some things hope he is able to talk it out with someone, I'm very interested to see who that guy is.

I still hope Dr Garaki gets the execution for what he deserves since next chapter we’ll be focusing on Todoroki Family Drama again and let’s not forget on ch 350 where Dr Garaki talks to Warden Gori about how AFO took Toya in when the warden orders him to keep him quiet in his cell room

Ok, I have three theories on who that villain is at the end. I’m certainly more confident for my first and third theory.
1. Either that villain at the end is just a random villian that will be a test for Deku to change society for the better, extend his hand out to him and end the cycle of hate.
2. It’s Deku’s dad. Which is honestly my least favorite theory since it kinda feels like it comes out of nowhere and there was no proper set up that Deku’s dad was a villain somewhere in the middle of his life, so idk. But I guess it could possibly work?
3. Hear me out…it could be Tenko. Remember, his decay quirk was originally a copy of Overhaul’s quirk without the rebuilding/regeneration feature. Maybe Kuroguri was able to sneak out a piece of Shigaraki away and was able to unlock that part of his quirk so he could rebuild himself without AFO taking control of him or having the personality of Shigaraki. Leaving him with the guilt, shame and haunting memories of his past actions as Shigaraki.
Another thing to think about are the similarities. This villain appears to be wondering the streets crying, clearly in need of help. Similar to the situation Tenko was in when everyone ignored him and told him a hero would save him. This could be a renactment of that, giving him a second chance for a hero to show up and extend his hand to help, that being Deku. Notice how his hair kinda looks like Tenko’s black hair if he was an adult, with the top of his hair appearing white or greyish blue like Shigaraki’s. Plus the way his body looks all skinny and hunched over, kinda reminds me of how Shigaraki looked when we first see him in the USJ arc. Another interesting point to make, is how Deku, Shoto and Bakugou all got origin chapters, but also rising chapters later in the story. However Tenko Shimura is the only one to not only have one but two origin chapters…yet no rising chapter. Through Deku extending his hand to this villain (who might be Tenko) that could be the rising chapter for Tenko Shimura.
So far, I think my first and third theory are the most likely ones to happen. Although I kinda feel like the Deku’s dad theory is a bit a stretch.
I am guessing that this isn't a villain, I think that this is where we get to the narrator deku speaking with the guy sharing his story.
I’m not gonna get my hopes up, but if that machine is some kinda iron lung type thing for Touya, and Endeavor is gonna have a heart to heart with him, I just have to say... FINALLY!!!!! Endeavor, you get in there and be the father that Touya wants and deserves! It took you long enough but you’re finally here!

Dabi is like one of the few characters who should die with his ideals on hating hero culture, his death along with shigaraki's is the perfect example of the dangerous realities of neglect and abuse, and what happens when those who are left behind decide to act
I ultimately believe that dabi will die. I think what the todoroki family are going to face is deciding on keeping dabi alive via life Support. The next chapter is looking like it is going to be very shoto focused.
I'm still thinking that the new person is actually Deku's father. I mean yes you could say that he will be a new villain or he is even the "real" tenko, so that All for One has hidden the real body of him, but that's most likely not the case. If it is a new villian, it would show that the story isn't over yet and that would be actually pretty cool. Now hear me out about the theory that this is deku's father. First of all Horikoshi did say that his father will be shown in the manga, I guess he announced that a while ago. Second his hair color. It's probably black or dark-green as we can see in the chapter. I know that that doesn't mean anything exactly, but it could still be possible. And last but not least his mouth. His mouth is covered in bandages what could refer to his quirk. Horikoshi told us at the beginning of the manga that Izuku's dad had a quirk called fire breathing or something like that, so he can "spit" fire like a dragon and that's why he has bandages, because he used it so much. Another thing is that he doesn't look angry. He isn't crying because he is angry, but because he is sad. I think that's important too.
but anyways I can be totally wrong about this so don't take the command too serious.

Interesting theory it would be wild if true but I would prefer it be a new character because that means this new character could be what Jumpstarts a sequel of sorts
My theory is this is a humanized Spinner. In the last chapter we saw Spinner's scales but we don't know what happened to him. One other theory I heard is that this man is kurogiri because they are wearing similar clothing.
That sorta actually makes sense and tieing in to deku relaying what shigaraki wanted him to tell spinner. But bro if thats really spinner coming out with tears in his eyes like that. Im going to freakin cry. Well see tho

To be honest, I don’t think he’s gonna be the villain I think he’s gonna be the MC because the author showed us koichi not as reference but as for shadowing I think the sky will be MC a sequel basically the author has made the story about a hero story about the vigilante and lastly, the third thing is an antihero

Hopefully this means we'll see Shinso a lot more! As for the new villain, I have no words right now. I'm just going to wait and see what Horikoshi has planned.

Dabi wanted to die evil and take his family down. Now, he's stuck in a fate worse than death. Meanwhile, Shiggy and Toga may have died but did so peacefully and with dignity, after doing the right thing for once and getting what they wanted (acceptance, destruction of the corrupt society etc).
Personally I hope this new villain is someone new and not tied with any of the characters.
Same but the way it's looking they are either the result of something relating to all for one or something tragic was happening to them during the war and they managed to escape

Dekus haircut definitely looks weird but that’s only because they had to get to the part of his head the doctors shaved it so they could but yeah his hair definitely looks weird and it hopefully will grow back to normal cause honestly while I understand why it’s like that doesn’t mean I like it his old haircut was a million times better hopefully it will go back to that it’s a little weird tho that ocacho would say that to him she was just shocked that it was like that she didn’t necessarily say it was ugly so that’s a good thing
I still hope Deku gets a haircut cause only his left side is cut but still has hair on top and right side and it would look good with his hair short to either get waves or fade just like Connie Springler from Attack on Titan
To me from the look of the ending it looks like he’s still barely alive in that chamber but who knows how he’s going to act when the chapter comes in a few weeks
